Data collecting scam using the name of is good app back then.

Interesting app, lots of information and support was very helpful

After going through a very lengthy sign up process and paying (!!) for a free trial I found the next day that my account was cancelled and all my data is lost!! The service rep (in the app chat) said it was cancelled because they couldn’t charge my card, and I have to go through the sign up process again. No attempts to charge my card were made (I would get messages or see it on my statement) and no messages were sent to me saying the payment failed, not to mention that the credit card is perfectly working and has sufficient funds. Despite showing screenshots from my account page proving that my subscription is active and the credit card charge went through and a screenshot of the purchase receipt that was sent to my email, I was not offered any solution other than starting my subscription all over again (which takes about 40 to 60 minutes!!! to fill out all the forms and answer all the questions). Imagine - they claim they cannot restore the account and retrieve all your data, and you have to go through all of this again - what kind of dated software is that?!! Worst thing- they gave me a link to start the registration all over, but it doesn’t work because the page shows that I already have an active trial subscription that I paid for..

I subscribed for a free week and when saw that the app is nothing the test was describing - canceled the subscription in the app and in the app store. Today the 89€ check have been withdrew from the paypal without any note.

Food is unscannable — I eat ready meals that have barcode in Lifesum, FatSecret and other apps, but here all my food for the last 5 days I had to type in calories and weight. That’s too much for me, I give up.

Can’t log my meals, it always give “over budget” messages, available budget is 0 instead of about 1500.. Please fix

I’m using this app for a long time. And now a can’t log my mils or do anything - bcs starting message about upgrade can’t be closed. Fix it, please.
