Not sure this app works very well makes my phone very slow pages don’t load
The service is great, however, I recently enrolled in an employer benefit for Identity theft protection powered by Norton. I wanted to know if it was possible to cancel my recent renewal and get a refund as I won’t need their vpn next year, it is included with my benefit. All they detail in the email though is how to turn off auto renewal. I have already done this and can’t seem to get a straight answer. There’s no phone number to contact and I’ve tried to resolve this three different ways.
Very strong but it draw network a lot
Stay away from them. If you have an issue, the only way to get to them is by email. I’ve been waiting for three days for someone to reply. Three days that I can’t use the vpn. If you pay for a yearly subscription and want to cancel, you loose your money.

I subscribed on my MacBook to use on my other devices as well. iOS app log in button gets stuck and no matter how many times I redownload I cannot login. I’m paying for something I can’t use. Why is this?! The support website is not working and this should not be provided as a solution. My mobile phone does not load the support website. What is an email I can reach out from?
A friend of mine told me about the necessity for a VPN. I looked online and found this and bought it, and I’ve never looked back.
The VPN seems to work fine, but it will turn itself off and the widget shows “On/Protected”. It’s not until you open the app to see that you are actually disconnected. I have had Nord a long time but this will make me look at other options. I can’t trust it to tell me when it’s on.
I signed up for three years of Nord VPN having had 12 months of good experience. However, the past 18 months have been dreadful, extremely slow service that are bringing me down to 4 Mb per second. Minimal technical support and when I do receive an email it basically contains links to hundreds of pages of technical documents that I am expected to read through myself to reset my VPN. I have reached out several times and now I am not having any responses from technical support.
