Cut my subscription early by 2 months with no notification. Sent messages to them with no response whatsoever. No e mail found only the contact info which i submitted my grievance through and which i have used umpteen times to ask them why my vpn was dropped and why are they asking me to subscribe and pay again. I have proof of the subscription end date but you cannot upload photos to the contact information. Disgusting customer service and zero accountability from them. No accountability from this company whatsoever and if you cannot them for providing answers why would you join them .

Doesn’t Work At All

Just signed up for a year subscription, but it doesn’t work at all. It says it’s connected, but BBC iPlayer doesn’t work on this. I want a refund - that’s all I wanted to use it for!

Continuously drops out. Constantly logs me out. Won’t connect to ANY vpn. Paid up front and stuck with this junk for a year

Good app with a few issues

Generally first rate. It can lose the connection and not then immediately ‘auto-connect’, so you needed to keep an eye on the VPN state to make sure you are secure. The bigger issue is the geolocation of the VPN end point. If I set this to, say, ‘Fastest London’ many sites tell me I’m not in the UK. I need to reconnect multiple times to get an actual London end point. Otherwise, a good value VPN.

Not fully stable

Great when works but occasionally unstable. Updated the app, and following update it did not auto connect up again exposing me. Removed the app and reinstalled and still not working. The app sometimes also just disconnects which is also not very good. These flaws have been around for a few years from experience and I suspect it’s a limitation of how this app integrates with iOS - so unfortunately something that can’t be fixed. Just be aware of this and keep an eye on the connection status when you most need it, otherwise you’ll be exposed.

I have an account and paid-up to 22 Dec 2026 but I can’t access the account because it won’t let me change my e-mail address in my ’Profile’. As I need an authentication code I’m locked out and can’t use the subscription I’ve paid for. Seems to be no way to resolve this….and they’ve even sent me a help/solution to the e-mail address I need to change. Errr? No help at all.

Paddle took a years payment but Nord says I dont have a subscription. Tried to get money back but they say Ive not paid. I paid with PayPal and have proof. Liers and Thieves. BEWARE
