This update has really messed up the VPN. Day before I was using Google maps for work, as well as internet and Facebook etc all no problem. Post update nothing worked with mobile data. I turned off the VP, service as normal. Turn on the VPN, nothing. So VPN is the problem. Norton, please fix it.
When I tried to log into account after setting it up and purchasing through Apple continues to say no license paid, joke
Your network settings prevent content from loading privately , need disabling a protect mail Activity in the mail settings , that issue only with a Web security toggle on, VPN working good as it should be ( remote content was loaded through vpn ), this is the only one security app available for iOS that works together with web security and VPN 💪💯💪
App completely drained my battery within 6 hours.
Drains your battery like crazy and constantly scanning the phone for latest updates, which means your phone is frozen and unable to make/receive calls or browse the web. Incredibly poor app avoid
1. Application keeps scanning for prolonged periods preventing app use or browsing!! 2. Web protection keeps deactivating randomly, have to refresh the Norton or WIFI. 3. Have submitted numerous ERROR reports to Norton via the app - no response!! 4. Have contacted Norton Customer Service - unable to receive any resolve., escalated case and re-escalated the case - still no resolve or even communication!!! Totally unacceptable!!! 5. Having deleted the Norton Mobile Security application from my IPhone, all applications and network components work properly again! This Norton mobile application is not compatible with apple iphone., misleads the user., interfears with most of the apple functions, drains the handset battery without reason, developers are unable to offer any kind of support or communication! Developer is also providing useless advice., have always ensured I have the latest Norton version and reloaded the Norton app several times! The problem is with Norton application, it is no good advising customers to download the latest version of Norton., that is just a standard answer which does not relate to the complaints charged to the developer!!
When I have the Norton safe web turned on I can’t make phone calls or receive calls I have to turn the web protection of. It also stops me from surfing the internet, I have to keep it turned off. All this started after the last update please fix ASAP.
I updated IOS on iPhone but app is still telling me that it’s not up to date.
When I open the app on iPhone X, it says it’s updating. After a minute it says Update Incomplete. We were unable to connect to the server. Try again. Updating today to the latest IOS makes no difference.
