Recently i purchased a few items from the app. One of these items was a shampoo which was spilled because of the poor packaging. I wrote an email to Notino but they were not cooperative at all…Also, when i made my order it was estimated that the delivery will be on the next day but it wasn’t.

Review for Notino.bg 
 
Recently, I attempted to place an order exceeding 80lv. with the expectation that I would qualify for free delivery. However, I was surprised to find that a delivery fee was still applied to my order. On top of that if you choose to pay in cash when you collect your order from the courier you have to pay extra 2lv. As a result, I ultimately decided to cancel the entire order.

I believe that your current policy may inadvertently discourage customers from completing their purchases, ultimately leading to a loss of sales for your business. Many customers, including myself, might be more inclined to choose your website for future purchases if a clear and generous free delivery policy was in place for orders above a certain amount.

I kindly urge you to reconsider your delivery fee structure, as it could greatly enhance customer satisfaction and potentially increase overall sales.

1)Why this app always has problems with apple pay? This time I see a The country code is invalid error.

2) over the last year I have ordered around 5 parfumes from Notino. 3-4 of them im not sure are completely genuine as they have very short projection.

3) I have wrote reviews in the app and the website and the positive ones always appear but the negative ones don't! This is a very bad seller practice but you can't hide your reviews here on the app store!

Супер тъпо, защото моят адрес съдържа и букви! Поработят върху оптималността да това приложение, защото идеята му е до е удобно и лесно за използване, а не борба с чавки в продължение на часове! Ако целта му е да отказва потребителя обаче, да знаете, че работи перфектно!
