Додаток не працює. При оформленні замовлення, постійно видає помилку - виберіть адресу для рахунку фактури. І хоч я ніколи її не отримувала реально від магазину, але вона вказана. І через сайт завжди на неї замовляла.

This mobile application has a super critical defect from the business standpoint which nobody cares to fix: at the last step of making your order trying to pay for your purchase, it prevents you from doing it because allegedly it lacks the street address. Even after resetting the address and selecting the street from the dropdown you cannot make your order and get the same error. And you end up making your purchase using browser version.

Я б міг легко зробити замовлення, але проблема з рахунком-фактурою при підтвердженні… Будь ласка, виправіть цей недолік. Бачу, ця проблема актуальна не тільки в мене, а й у багатьох інших користувачів. Деякі відгуки залишили багато місяців тому.

1.Програма не правильно сумує гроші при оплаті. 
2. Дуже багато зайвої інфи просять при оформленні замовлення. Не зважаючи на те, який спосіб доставки ви обрали (курʼєр, поштомат, нова пошта або само вивіз) ви не зможете оформити замовлення поки не заповните абсолютно всі поля (окрім номеру будинку).

1. Суму замовлення рахує неправильно без урахування знижки. Заставляє дробити замовлення, хоча загальна сума зі знижкою менша 150евро. Тільки у Нотіно в декларації на митницю вони показують ціну товару без знижки. Всі нормальні продавці, такі як Nike, GAP, Puma та всі інші де яка купляв товари вказують реальну ціну покупки для митниці. 2. На сайті при замовлені пише,  що безкоштовна доставка від 999грн, а при оформленні замовлення пише, що доставка за гроші, пункт видачі недоступний. 3. При оплаті картою беруть комісію . Хоча пишуть, що не беруть. Резюме: за ціни на товари +1 зірка, за умови придбання і доставки, за обман - 4.

Я завжди купляю на цьому сайті- тут тільки оригінальні продукти та висока якість доставки. Можна відкласти товар в кошик і купити потім- це дуже зручно. Ніколи не зникають улюблені товари з списку бажань. Завжди є зворотній зв’язок, якість пакування і звичайно приємні бонуси-подарункові тестери на крем або парфуми 😊

Impossible to proceed with the order as I receive notification that the billing address is wrong and needs to be changed. I should choose from the drop down menu, but when I try nothing happens. There is no drop down menu. I have this problem for several months but was able to make the order from the web version. Now there are problems even with the web version.

Every time i try to place an order, the app is asking me to renew my billing address by entering a street name. When I do this, the system is not searching for my street,  it simply goes blank. I am so tired of this. I went back to the browser to place the order and it finally worked
