One star is too much for this app! You have to try millions times to log in !

One star as it doesn’t allow none. For too long too many issues with too little effort to listen or fix! Very disappointed as over the last decade(+) I would’ve classed this company as being the best and very efficient...not anymore. What went wrong I wonder...

I have tried many times to open this App..and just a blank Screen..What a waste of time...Wanted to enter their Competiton ,but no Luck.....Come on Greg from Nova..Get it sorted please.

App white screens all the time.

Re-installed many times. Does not work. Extremely frustrating as I want to monitor our power usage.

Nothing there

Deleted and reinstalled multiple times but same problem just a blank page,spoke to nova and they didn’t seem to even care

It’s just blank. Tried reinstalling it, still a white page where nothing loads.

Just joined Nova for phone and power thinking it’d be easy to use. App just white screens, website hub crashes also and I’ve had to reset my password heaps even though I had it the same.
