The authorities were doing their job. However, the last months nothing seems to work. I report a problem usually by attaching a photo and the authorities they either do nothing or they just lie. Sometimes, they question my report! This, for example, happened when I reported illegal parking in front of a 5-star hospital in Athens taking all the space of the pedestrians. Obviously, there is an internal communications between the hotel and the municipality of Athens, whatever that means. So uninstalling the app is the wise option.
