The Nozbe tool has helped me continue to work. It helps me oversee activity and progress multiple projects. I find a couple of minutes a day to organise is all it takes to stay on top of a busy workload. I love the delegation element too!
Still using it. More logical and reliable than the competition. NozbePersonal + Evernote + paper notepad = complete personal productivity system. If you do your weekly review and are mindful of your goals, anything more complex is unnecessary.

Been using this for years. It’s so easy to use and set up and has all the features you need to implement the David Allen getting things done system. I've worked my way for a few, but each one I find myself comparing it to Nozbe and none of them take the lead. I use it as a single user, and the template feature for new projects, as well as being able to attach files to tasks are the stand out features. It's a pleasure to use as the interface is clean and tidy across all devices. Would happily recommend to others.
I was a devoted Things3 user for many years, and I appreciated the app. However, Nozbe takes the lead. The fact that attachments can be integrated into tasks, for me, made this app so much more powerful, than Things3. The interface on Nozbe is slick, elegant, faultlessly reliable, and a joy to use. Email integration too works like a great. It is just - EXCELLENT!
But one thing really bugs me as a small business owner is this: It’s not that easy to keep up with tasks that others complete, you can receive an email to update you either every hour (way too much) or once a day (not enough) to find completed tasks you then need to go through every comment, moved date etc. The only other way is to click into each individual project which is time consuming. A solution for this could be the productivity reports, unfortunately to get this weeks you have to be a business subscriber with 10 employees. I like Nozbe as a company generally but it does bug me that just because a company has less employees they get access to a lesser product. It seems to me to be against the productivity ethos of a company like Nozbe that has grown from a one man band.
Excellent, powerful, productivity GTD app for both personal and business use,which I just came across today! I’ve used most GTD apps and have 2 “go to”apps that I use. regularly.Thought I had seen them all, until this fantastic app surreptitiously showed up and pleasantly surprised me!👍😉 Easy to use, no time in learning and beautifully crafted; you are going to enjoy using Nozebe. Now with 10 helpful 5 min video lessons to get quickly on top of the in er workings of Nozbe, and your many tasks and projects. And I bet you use it often! C.J
