Worst experience ever
Balance is not updated. And I can see only transactions from 6 month ago. Also I can’t topup the card, every time I have to go to a NS service center. Plenty of the issues and bugs.

Praises to the app
I’m very happy with the app. It’s a great help! The UX is very well crafted, and I just love the NS brand identity design, and the level over quality of the entire interface of both the app and the website. The underlying system that counts the price of past trips is horrible though. It takes many days for the details of past trips to get computed and displayed properly. It feels like the database is from the 80’s—that runs the NS system. So I am curious when will they upgrade/replace their underlying data model to something modern and instant.
Bad as hell
Just doesn’t work. Never.
Couldn’t log in Mijn NS account
Mijn NS works perfect from the PC, but don’t login in the app. Changed the password but it didn’t help.
Does not work
Tried to buy tickets, selected card, entered all the data, got message "something went wrong"

Купил билеты через iPad, в приложении не открываются. Только в iPhone. Приходит email, переадресовывает на сайт: там кнопка на скачивание. Приложение на iPad не реагирует. Спасибо, хоть так.
No Köln/Bohn airport
Tried to buy a ticket to Köln/Bohn airport, but there is no such station in the app. However, it is easy to do it via NS ticket machine. If you promote the app as an alternative to a ticket machine, then please care to add all the stations that are available on a ticket machine.
Can’t start after last update
Just immediately after start of app.
Need app to open e ticket
Super annoying just let me view the ticket in my phone browser I don’t want to download a stupid app to see a QR code Also offer more payment methods than credit card and Dutch bank accounts, something like PayPal or Klarna
Suddenly turns extremely bright when opening ticket
The screen suddenly turns extremely bright (maximum brightness) when opening the ticket, which really hurts my eyes -- I hate it.
