اشتركت معهم شهر في اول اسبوع يومين ماوصلو الطلب!!! اليوم الثالث موصلين وجبه خطاء!! رفعت طلب استرجاع وللاسف ساستهم 14 يوم والان كملت شهر ونصف ولم يتم التحويل وخدمة العملاء كل ماكلمتهم يصرفونك تجربة سيئة!!
الكميات قليله
السعر مقارنه بالكمية سيئة جدا الجودة اقل من متوسط
I don’t recommend
The worst customer service EVER, food is inconsistent, some days it’s okay and more days it’s so bad I give it away and make my own, the amount of food is also inconsistent, at days it’s SO little and others it’s too much, there are no many options when it comes to allergies, and when I called customer service once to tell them that I got a sandwich with no fillings, it was just the bread they told me to remove the allergies “dislikes” to bring me something else. It was such a bad experience, I’ll never try it again even of they became better, the drivers are inconsistent, the food, the customer service, everything is absolutely bad. I don’t recommend it AT ALL.

Disappointing Experience with Numou!!
I am writing to share my recent experience with Numou, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I encountered several issues during my use that made the process quite frustrating, such as delivery delays, incorrect orders, difficulty navigating the app, lack of customer support, etc. As a customer, I had high expectations, and I hope you will take these issues seriously to improve the experience for others in the future. Tbh, I’m deleting the app now and will never subscribe with you guys ever again!

تطبيق سيئ اكلهم وصخ طلع لي فضلات حشره بالسلطه وتعيش بدوامه معهم عشان تسترجع فلوسك ومقفلين التعليقات بالتيكتوك وشاطرين بس بالإعلانات على غير سنع وكل شوي لهم كلام ، بس شوفوا التويتر وانتم بتعرفون 😷

سي جداً وغير راضي تماماً
اما بالاتصل المناديب ولا خدمة العمله مره يطولون متخيلين وجبتي حقت بكرا للحين ما استلمتها وهذا ثاني يوم لي وشلون بكمل شهر معه دامهم كذا اتمنى يكون في رقابة واضحة مثل ما تضمنون حقكم بالدفع الكامل نبي حقنى على اكمل وجه
