Type in Brooklyn bridge for a destination and the app crashes. Erased app and reinstalled. Unusable. Had to pick a different mode of transportation during my entire trip.

Little known secret.
App is a data hog
5 stars for the ferry but 3 for the app because it gulped down 0.5 gig of cellular data in two days, all while background refresh and notifications are disabled. I only took the ferry twice in the time! Piggy
