I can’t find how to cancel a subscription
“Begin chat” button doesn’t work. And I don’t want to make a call to cancel a subscriptions. That’s kinda irritating you can’t do it in the app.

Can’t use it but i paid for subscription!!
I had 30 days of trial. After trial was ended I saw the page with subscription. I paid for one month subscription but the app thinks that I don’t have one and shows me subscription page again and again!!! I even reinstall the app and login/logout several times. Please help!
Great recipe collection, the app not so much
I frequently use the app to find new cooking experiences. Great collection of dishes from all over the world. Convenient step-by-step instructions. What I didn’t appreciate: 1) no search filters (e.g. by the level of cooking skill); 2) the grocery list doesn’t work offline (sometimes there’s no reception in big stores - what should I do? Fix it, it’s just a list); 3) I’d love to have a metric/imperial unit converter featured on the recipe page - would make it easier for metric users to quantify ingredients. Otherwise good.

L’app fornisce una quantità notevole di ricette di tutti i tipi facilmente individuabili dal titolo o dagli ingredienti. Le foto sono accattivanti e invogliano a provare. Con il tempo però le ricette sono aumentate ma l’app non si è evoluta. Propongo: 1) una facile conversione dalle unità di misura americane a quelle europee; 2) un calcolo costante delle calorie; 3) alternative per rendere più salutari le ricette; 4) una codifica che permetta di identificare velocemente ricette senza glutine o una quantità limitata di zuccheri. La rete fornisce molti spunti interessanti, un’app deve offrire qualcosa di più.

Nice recipes, no chances for readers!
There's no chance to make any note on the saved recipes. Furthermore, European subscribers don't have a chance either to change from F to C or from ounces to grams. It seems a very basic app, not much subtle....

Very simple and understandable. One only suggestion: also kilograms please
