The app generally works okay. However when opening, the screen shudders.  This seemed to be fixed in a previous update but is back again. 

The other issue is that for a lot of functionality you need to leave the app and go to the website. This requires a further login even though already logged into my account via the app. 

It would be better if more options were included in the app. 

The bills are clear but it would be an improvement if the total of gas and electricity charges was shown on the bill summary.

It’s great to have an app, but waiting 30-40 seconds for a menu to come up is just unacceptable. It’s actually quicker to download the app then it is to see your usage, I don’t know what’s going on but it can’t be the system as they can do it on the phone in a reasonable amount of time
