I can’t sign me in despite the password is correct and it works on the website, but the app says it’s invalid password. Again, this is not the first time it happened. Also the app quite often freezes when booking the ticket (when the sign in works). The wallet, Apple pass tickets have no logo.

i didn’t not want to write this but it’s getting silly now. i PAY for limitless and countless times recently there’s is trouble shooting problems and the app thinks i’ve booked a limitless ticket when i haven’t. i phoned customer services last week about it and they informed me of the automated 30 minute lockout but ive waited a couple of hours before trying to rebook and it STILL locks me out. it’s so frustrating i end up paying for a ticket even though im paying for limitless. it almost feels like a scam. there’s no way a bug like this can last for this long, i’ve had the same issues last year and im so close to cancelling my limitless subscription because this is ridiculous now.

It’s very unintuitive and buying tickets is a truly painful experience with the seating plan zooming in and out while you’re trying to pick seat. No mention of the screens number or floor plans not including seat access corridors so you can’t even guess your seating arrangement
