God it’s painful to use. The functionality is awful.

Great content created but badly let down by a poorly functioning app. For €9.99 per month it should be operating a lot more smoothly. I have to close the app 2 or 3 times before I eventually get to listen to my podcasts.

Really difficult to find podcast. I was only able to hear ROGs last weeks off the ball through off the ball app which is also really difficult to sign into. Paying 10 euro a month and not being able to easily access the content. Always seems to be problems.

Like most I signed up for 3 free. I listened to the same pod but it took me 3 attempts to finish. That’s was my 3 free passes used up 🙄. Layout is poor also. Have to search everytime when looking for football pod. Unless it changes once you subscribe.

Downloaded this app for the three free podcasts a month. Got them in September when I first downloaded the app, but nothing in October.

Sold as 60 weekly podcasts for a tenner a month. 57 of the weekly podcasts are no use and would assume get little to no playback. Reduce the drivel, €5 a month I’ll be back. Or just let us subscribe to the podcasts we actually want for €3 a month

Whenever you pause or end a podcast, leave the app, come back 30 mins later I’ve to log in again. I can understand weekly or monthly at a maximum but not every time I want to listen. Really annoying. The app itself is too busy, layouts all over the place

Playback is often glitchy, only loaded this because of the same issue in Spotify. Issues also with resetting password and still not being able to log in. Almost given up, which is a pity, because some of the content is good

Podcasts take an age to start - I’ve stopped listening at this stage to be honest Podcasts keep skipping - will skip back in the middle of a podcast & sometimes finishes in the middle of a chat. Please fix
