METRO DE MADRID invites you to find out the best way to reach your destination by using the Official Application.
It is an application for simple immediate use that will enable you to consult:
-MAP
Up-to-date map of the whole Metro network.
-TOURIST MAP
Map with the main points of tourist interest in the city.
-LINES
You will have at your disposal all the information on the lines, with transfers and station services, besides the current train running situation in real time.
-STATIONS
All the Services and Connections of the station you select.
-ROUTES
It locates us by GPS and provides us with information on the station nearest to where we are, allowing us to choose a destination station or the station closest to the chosen destination, besides recommending the most suitable route with the fewest stations or with the fewest transfers. In addition, it tells you the approximate journey time.
It also enables you to plan your journeys by directly entering a Start and Destination station, allowing you to select either the fewest stations or fewest transfers option and telling you how long this journey will take you.
-USEFUL INFORMATION
It allows you to consult Season Tickets, Fares and Timetables, as well as Contact Information.

Demasiado calor
Me parece lamentable que fomenten que utilicemos transporte público por el cambio climático y dentro del tren este sudando como un pollo asado por qué al conductor este en una cabina cerrada de 2 metros por 2 los. Demás estamos pasando calor hay más concentración de personas de los vagones personas sentadas y de pie por qué no hay para sentarse eso es un p…. Horno y años tras años igual nada cambia mientras que el conductor está hay encerrado las puertas se habren se va el frescor que le obliguen a utilizar alguna prenda más si tiene frío pero miles de personas no debemos sufrir por qué no hagan las cosas bien . Es exagerado esto
Una vergüenza
Me parece súper vergonzoso el nunca saber a qué hora pasa el metro, ya que pone que está en espera de previsión, deberían arreglarlo de una vez porque es una vergüenza vaya
Inútil
No sirve para nada. Volví después de un año y sigue sin darte tiempos. Sigue saliendo que esta estimando los tiempos de llegadas/salidas del metro. No sirve.
Dejó de informar.
Las características de los lectores de tarjetas no siempre permiten ver la fecha en la que acaba la recarga. A través de esta aplicación lo podía hacer y ahora ha desaparecido. No encuentro razonable que se elimine esta información. Esta queja no va a servir de nada, pero la tenía que exponer.
No aparece para mirar lo del abono
En la última actualización de la app ya no aparece para poder revisar el saldo del abono. Gracias

Completamente inoperativa
Inexplicable el pésimo funcionamiento de está App en una red de metro como la de Madrid. Igualmente, la página web de la Comunidad de Madrid, es un fracaso para ver un trayecto o facilitar información.

Se me bajo el pedal de esperar el metro madris por la noche klk, tardaba mucho y ponía q tardaba menos
Práctica
La aplicación es práctica y confiable, se actualiza a menudo e informa de los cortes de vías que hay y de los servicios supletorios en esos casos.
