Hi, I have downloaded the app in the last june 2024, and i payed as well. Yet while I updated the app for new version again, it asked for the repayment and payed as well. Will i get refund for it, and i payed as well. Thanks

I bought this app months ago. I just received a scheduled deduction which will be due to come out of my Revolut this week. How is this possible after paying for the app already?

I bought the app as it cover specifically trucks and buses. The price is quite dissuasive but I was happy to find an app easy to use, great range of questions and so far haven’t observed any performance issues. To provide some feedback, I feel the usability could be improved e.g. showing the answer in an easy to dismiss component instead of a modal dialog.

Nice to use why is the truck and bus theory questions separate when the theory test itself is for both truck and bus???? Just after doing my theory test and found out there is 140 questions?????? Not the 100 that you had to answer in the “official style test “ section Surely it is possible to have the software from the actual test I am sure you have the data of the percent of people who sit the individual bus or truck and the people who sit the bus and truck in 1 which is obviously the what the vast vast majority of people. I paid for this app and it should at least have a section where I can practice the test on the exact software they are going to use in the test. Very disappointed in the app and the developer’s response from my initial complaints which are only half of my actual complaints now I have completed the test.

Can I get refund? I supposed I had bought the car course not the bus. Maybe was my mistake… could help me please?

Purchased this app and after downloaded was immediately told that it is out of date July 2024 and I might need to download the new up to date app!!!!!
