Sie ist Ihre virtuelle Unterschrift und löst das mTAN-Verfahren ab. Mit OK Santander können Sie sich schnell und sicher in unser Kundenportal einloggen und Auszahlungen, Kontoeröffnungen oder Änderungen Ihrer Daten bestätigen. Zudem benötigen Sie die App, um Kartenzahlungen im Internet freizugeben. So funktioniert’s: Nach dem ersten Start der App wählen Sie Ihre Freigabemethode (Fingerabdruck oder PIN). Anschließend aktivieren Sie die App mit einem Code, den Sie beim Einstieg in unser Kundenportal erhalten. Fertig! Ihren nächsten Einstieg bestätigen Sie bereits mit OK Santander. Aber diese ist eine “Consumer App” nir die User experience ist zwischen 2-3 weil: Nach ein Factory reset muss man bei der Bank anrufen und die 2FA Token zurücksetzen lassen weil es kein Self Enrollment oder ähnliches gibt. Das ist im Normalfall fast OK, nun wenn man den Zugriff am Wochenende, Feiertage oder Abends verliert, muss man warten bis die Kundenservice wieder erreichbar ist.
