## Okta Verify Description
Okta Verify is a lightweight app that is used for 2-step verification so you can confirm your identity when you sign in to your Okta account. This gives you an extra layer of security so that you - and only you - can access your applications.

When you sign in to Okta, you can use Okta Verify to obtain a temporary 6-digit code or to approve a request notification sent to your device (your organization must enable notifications to use this feature).

Okta values your privacy. Okta Verify does not store personal information - we request permission only for your device camera, which is used to scan a QR code to register your device with Okta.


App Features

* Enroll in Okta Verify as a new user by registering your mobile device with your Okta account.
* Add one or more Okta accounts that require Okta Verify for authentication.
* Manage 2-factor authentication for non-Okta applications and web services that require the use of passcodes.
* Approve or deny sign-in requests on your device from a push notification (if enabled).

This app does the job, however there is a horrible inconsistency with the presentation of notifications on Apple Watch. Sometimes you need to just tap the notification to be able to approve the login, other times you need to scroll to the approval button; and there are other times where you need to let the notification fade as interacting with it does. Nothing, then reopen the notification to be able to scroll to the approval options. A bit of time and effort to improve that experience and make it streamlined and consistent would be appreciated.

The app worked when I first used it. I deleted it to free some space during some time off from studying and have just downloaded it again. When trying to set up my account again, it just keeps redirecting me to my institutions login page, which then asks me to verify via okta, which I can’t login too, and round and round we go. It’s a very good and useful authenticator app.
But I just noticed the Apple Watch version of the app has disappeared!?!?
Please bring it back, it was very useful to have it on the watch as a backup (e.g. in case your phone died), and convenient to accept pushes.

I use Okta Verify on Apple watch every day and it is amazing help to generate sign in codes from your wrist. One improvement suggesion:
- Add app shortcut to the watch complications as its always take me a moment to find it in the watch apps menu.
- If possible add generated number as a complication as well if watch is in unlocked state, if not just display shortcut icon to the app.

Love the app, I also use it on mu iPhone and it works perfectly!
