## OMC Timer Description
OMC Timer is a simple interval timer for EMOMs and work/rest training.

Set your work time, rest time and number of rounds, press Start, and train. The big clock is easy to read from across the room: green for work, red for rest.

• Clear sound cues for each round, even when your phone is locked
• Save your favourite workouts as presets
• Screen stays on while the timer runs
• Works on iPhone and iPad, in portrait or landscape
• No account, no ads, no tracking. Works fully offline.

Great for sub-max hangboard protocols like Abrahangs: 10-second hangs 30 seconds for 10 minutes. Set Work to 10, Rest to 20 and Rounds to 10, then save it as a preset.
