iPad version doesn’t support landscape
Simply enable the UI to rotate on the iPad. Otherwise this application is unusable with a keyboard

This app is terrible
Don’t bother. Blows me away how larger companies can have such terrible apps/websites. So disconnected from a real person trying to use it. I don’t think there is any testing ever. I have never reviewed an app before but this one is so bad it is forcing me. Every time I try to use it something is wrong. The most current is it crashes every time I try to file a claim. I have the most recent version, I deleted the app and re installed, no matter what, same issue. Shocker

I can file a claim due to the last update. Every time I try to select the service the app shuts down!
Desjardins In 2024! No security at all
Desjardins is a bank and at the same time is THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION in security. I remember back in 2019 personal financial data has been leaked out from this institution and put millions of customers at risk of identity theft. They cannot fix their security yet offer free identity protection! Which is nonesense! it simply does not yet support two factor authentication! It is ridiculous a simple functionality like that is still not supported. I am 100% sure those who work for Desjardins do not work at all. Doing nothing and just waiting for pension. This application can only save login on one of its sides and the other will be turned off and vice versa. Truly inspiring application development. Honestly if there was another institution it would have neen dissolved by now.

Not user friendly, just want to claim some glasses, ummm, where do I do that..no one knows. Brutal. Multi million dollar company and your app is third rate. If I could choose a different provider, I would.
