Seriously the worst app I've ever used. If I could put no stars I would. Dev team, seriously, fix your app or delete it from the store. It used to work (despite all its glitches) but it has been broken now for so long I've just deleted it and use the website which only works in DuckDuckGo, not Safari or Chrome. I did try this new update but it still doesn't work. E.g. I try to select any other day than today and it won't shift to that day. I.e. If I select Tuesday or Wednesday, "Today" remains highlighted as well as that new day and as you scroll to see titles it switches back to just "Today".

The cinema is great but the app is terrible

This is a dreadful and cumbersome app - won’t be renewing our passes when the initial 3 months is up due to booking tickets being such a dreadful experience. Update the app and make it as slick as your cinemas!

Gets you to take out subscription for unlimited movies then every single movie I try to book says I need to upgrade to a more expensive premium pass. *AVOID*

No option to reset password, looks like it was developed by a GCSE ICT student

This wins the “Most Cumbersome, Outdated & Frustrating” App Award, by a large margin. Need to log in separately as each member to book seats one-by-one, but while in the midst of this someone else can jump in and book some of the seats you were planning on booking, meaning your family seating plans are screwed up. Cinema staff seem VERY familiar with complaints resulting from the problems this app has, but shamefully it appears that there is no appetite from management to improve it (or preferably, scrap it and start over!) Ridiculous in this day and age not to implement a simple and effective reservations/payment app for your customers.

Terrible user experience. Full of bugs. Please dedicate some time to developing a native app and not just a webview

My local Empire (Birmingham) has become Omniplex. Have downloaded the app, it only offers me Irish cinemas! Why are all cinema apps so hopeless?
