OnCourse Discipline Tracker

I’m not sure why, when searching a student, that sometimes it shows the number of incidents, and sometimes it doesn’t. I’m also not sure if I can see other teachers’ submissions of incidents for students, or if I can only see the ones that I have created. I am new to this app, and would like to use it efficiently. But, I can’t use it if I don’t know whether the logged incidences are just mine or if they are school-wide.
