App won’t allow card to be added to Apple Wallet

Totally useless. You reset your password. Then login using the password and low and behold the password is not accepted. Try and reset again and apparently you have asked too many times. The password is automatically saved on an iPhone it’s not like I have typed it incorrectly.

I feel its intentional for them to make it as hard as possible to actually spend any money on the card so you just give up and then boom a year and half later they steal your money back for themselves. Genuinely disgusting fraudulent company taking advantage of people. And it’s crazy how they just double down on every review, like seriously who is running a company like this, not a single moral bone in their body. DO NOT BUY AND TELL YOUR FAMILY THE SAME

I read the reviews after being gifted one as a Christmas present and was concerned but didn’t have much choice but to download app and go through the process. Noticed on one review it said the expiry date was needed and the response was the scratch panel had to be removed to locate this information where there is also the CCV code…well I removed the scratch panel and it pulled the numbers and expiry date off in the process! There was no other way of getting it off any more gently than I did already and I thought maybe it was some residue left over it that needed to come off to reveal the number but no, the numbers have come off with the sticky panel. That seems very poor to me. I have never had a modern gift card with a scratch panel that has removed the important details in the process! Not quite sure how to proceed now!

As stated by other reviewers, it won’t let us set up one4all for apple wallet for Apple Pay. Comes up with same error “set up later”. Emailed one4all and they are ignoring the issue and telling me to download the app and add the card on there, which I have been trying!

I’m surprised by the poor reviews. I get award vouchers through work and always go for the one4all gift card and have never had any problems with them at all. I had to ring the help desk once and they were really helpful. I love being able to put it in my Apple wallet and treat myself.

I received a £20 prize voucher through work for doing healthcare work and I checked the value today and £5.40 had been deducted from the value of the gift card. £0.90 - yes 90 pence deducted PER MONTH for not having spent the gift voucher! It can not even be converted to Amazon vouchers or anything. I’m telling my employer not to bother with gifting these ever again as they are a con!

Cannot add the card to Apple wallet!

For some reason won’t add to apple wallet. Just errors out and says “try setup later”. Otherwise was able to add card to the app. Weirdly enough the app doesn’t have retailers directory. It just directs you to a website. This should be just in-app with a quick search.
