Extremely slow and buggy. By the time you’re done clicking for 1 claim, you’ve wasted 15minutes. Medical claim is another problem. So many restrictions (most effective drugs prescribed by the Doctor but unfortunately termed as “branded” so unable to claim) to claim for your self/dependant if you’ve gone to see a GP for a common flu/cough. No point implementing a claim system where you’re unable to claim for the simplest of illnesses. I truly hope the developers address these issues soon and improve the app, as it has potential but desperately needs fixing.
