Onmo - Mobile Money

Horrible app - never works. Never can can get hold of customer service. They just do not care. Can’t use app, can’t use the card, can’t make payments. Total shambles.

Started off great but now I can’t access the app just get a blank screen got this card to better my credit score & paid my balance off in full before it was due but now I can’t make a payment until I get a text or email when just before or after my balance is due but still no app fix

I have had an onmo credit card for about six months no problems accessing the app doing what I need to do. However in the last 2 months I have not been able to access my app, I can’t see my balance, I can’t pay my bill because everything is on this rubbish app. The website page is less than useless as you can’t assess your account there either. There is no phone number to talk to anyone and the emails do not not get responded to all the while my credit score is getting impacted because I can’t clear my credit card and I can’t get any help to resolve it either!! Terrible platform!!!!!!

Tried on multiple devices. Logging into the app is a nightmare - steer clear. Initially this was a great offer as I was looking for a credit booster card to improve my score. The application process was straight forward and without any issues. And then I got my card. I now cannot log in to the app at all. I have tried across multiple devices and it’s hit-or-miss as to whether I can get in on my old device and impossible on my new one. I’ve even tried on a different iPhone entirely with no joy whatsoever. No online portal to access my account. No telephone numbers to call anyone to discuss. Charges for late payment despite setting a direct debit up (it tries to collect the full balance so that’s been cancelled!). Avoid like the plague.

Onmo is a great credit card to manage your budget and see transactions. It was easy to apply for. Although a great credit card, the inability to use it on some websites and on Apple Pay limits how good the card could be

I think they need people details

Whenever I go through the eligibility check and enter my phone number the app just errors out with “something went wrong” and just takes me through the whole process again which is a bit frustrating as you guys seem like you could be great for me. Guess I’ll just wait for a fix?

got the card today activated it in the app and it said unauthorised when i tried to spend

App is perfect, But i think this might be better for a older generation like people in there 45s+ since the app is just really plain, Maybe add apple pay so you don’t have to wait for a card to arrive and remodel it to a darker theme, Easy and fast navigation add more options etc. Apart from everything else in my opinion the app is great for a simple app.
