Worst service ever
One of the worst companies providing bad customer service spent 2 hrs and 5 times getting kicked out from chat on mop App to explain that i was charged for a service i did not request due to that they did not renew my bundle because of 20 fils short but they insist that i have to cancel the service from my side to deduct another charges and i have to recharge my balance again with amount not less than 2 KWD however they enrolled me without my knowledge or permission??!!!!! Agent saying its company policy
