Can’t do even simple things like change your reservation time without canceling and re booking. Poorly thought out app. Seems most people’s ratings of the app are just based on the trivial reward points and not the app functionality itself.

One thing after another fails on this terrible app. Won’t accept any of several good credit cards. Fails to connect to servers. Makes you miss your reservation because the table you want is lost while your struggle to get it to work.  Do better!

OpenTable is easy to use and very convenient to book restaurants with. I wish there were an easy way to default your search by distance rather than having to look at a map.  

I’ve been using OpenTable for many years and never redeemed points. It’s too difficult, there are not a lot of options to redeem in Canada and your points expire regularly. I have made hundreds of bookings on the app and it ticks me off how quickly your points expire if you don’t use them.
