I log in to pay my monthly payment but it keeps asking me to sign up a set and save which I’m not interested right now, I can’t do anything about it to avoid it, if you want me to pay up then remove that signing up thing

This app is grate it help me pay all my bills. It takes money out with out you even realizing it. Next thing I know I has $4000 on my account and I paid off my credit cards.
I had an account with Digit before they switched to Oportun. I’m less concerned about accessing the money I saved while they were still operating under Digit and more concerned about closing my account entirely. But the app won’t let me close it because there are funds in my savings (a whole $2 yay). The customer service email was completely useless in trying to help me solve this issue. They literally said they can’t help and suggested that I reach out to the same email that I was currently emailing… just stupid.
Easy way to save mo eye and hassle free so you Anit gotta worry about what they add everyday. I love it.
