A major outage combined with radio silence is a clear indicator of serious internal issues at this company. At least there are ways to access mate3s data without the cloud. As mentioned in an earlier review at times the information recorded has all the accuracy of a former president’s speeches, wildly inaccurate. The refresh interval is irregular and erratic meaning that at any given moment of observation you may be viewing: a) accurate up to the minute data; b) acrturate but old (15 minutes or more) data; c) erroneous versions of a) or b). Trying to use this in a meaningful way to manage systems is ludicrous at best.
