The app worked for like a day or two. While I started to enjoy the features the app stopped working. I tried resetting the Bluetooth and it hasn’t made a difference.

We are perplexed with this app...we loved when the original app worked this off shoot is just another example of poor P&G engineering processes. The kids are so unhappy that they started using another tooth brush and timer. Given their ages and the future value of their purchases someone may want to reach out and listen, the bugs are still not fixed.

Angabe zum Geburtsjahr und Mibat zum Freischalten weiterer Themen funktioniert bei mir leider nicht. Konstruktiver Vorschlag: Bei den Animationen wäre es cool, wenn es auch kindgerechtere Animationen geben würde.

An sich ist die App eine schöne Idee: Die ersten 3 Wochen hat mein Sohn super geputzt. Als Anreiz dienen neue Themen, die man damit freischalten kann. Nur hat die App leider nur drei!!!!! Das ist ziemlich enttäuschend! Schließlich haben wir wegen dieser Funktionalität diese Zahnbürste gekauft.

App hängt oft. Wenn die App geschlossen wird gehen oft die Daten verloren. Und was schade ist, dass die Kids nicht genau sehen, was sie geputzt haben und was nicht. Bei anderen Anbietern geht dies! Schade.
