For whatever reason, when you search an area for a room using the map interface, the app will show you rooms in the area and their cost but then it says that the properties are not available during the times you have selected. What is the point of viewing places that are not available? It's really annoying and there is no filter to search available properties (probably because the travel dates should be that filter). Dumb app so I don't use it anymore

Compré tickets aéreos de la compañia aerea Aerolineas Argentinas, a través de la plataforma Orbitz. Lamentablemente antes de viajar mi mama falleció. Me comuniqué con la aerolínea y me dijeron que debia enviar el certificado de defuncion de mi madre y luego efectuarian el reembolso del dinero, pero como la compra del aéreo fue a traves de orbitz y no en forma directa, tenia que hacerlo a traves de esa agencia. Contacté a Orbitz, y me informaron que enviara el certificado y que luego  ellos me harian el reembolso. Eso hice, pero luego de enviarlo jamas me respondieron ni me devolvieron el dinero.   Luego de insistir varias veces siempre me respondieron cosas distintas. Es una empresa poco seria.

Orbitz advertises discounts on hotels, including the receiving of “Orbucks” after booking and staying in a hotel. I’ve booked with Orbitz twice. The first time was more expensive and I would have saved by booking directly. That is more on me than, but for my second booking, they advertised receiving Orbucks credits after completing a hotel stay that would push me into a higher tier and unlock further discounts. I stayed in an eligible hotel and never received the Orbucks. I contacted customer service and was told it should be available by early October. It is now the end of November and I have still not received it. I don’t see much point to using this service when there’s no price transparency and they keep you at the lowest tier regardless of how many nights you book with them.
