The app crashes every few minutes
I paid nearly a hundred dollars and I can’t use the app. It crashes every few minutes. Plus it never tracks what I do. I have done several workouts and not a one has logged. Can I get my money back? Update: I updated and gave it some time. It’s the only health app I have that can’t get through a 30 minute workout. Goodbye.

I wanted my parents to get active and do stuff at their pace. Love this app! It has all I could ask for my ageing parents - mobility classes, Fall prevention is Golden, etc.

Yoga tailored for your needs
I’ve been participating in the Oseterics yoga program for several years now and thoroughly enjoy the variety of classes and the different personalities of the instructors. It easy to develop a yoga program that meets your physical, emotional, and even spiritual needs.
Positive perspective on aging
What I appreciate most about the Oseterics app is the overall positivity about aging. The yoga videos are suitable for a wide variety of people and for all abilities. What I like is that the focus is that people in their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s (and beyond) can be healthy, flexible, balanced and strong. Equally important is the impact this has on being positive, loving self and others, and staying active. This is one of the few fitness and yoga tools, available as an app, that specifically targets the 50 and over group.
