Today I discovered I can’t send photos of my daughter due to a 1gb limitation on files with no way to delete old ones? The only option to upgrade is to speak with a salesperson. It’s never been glitch free. The application at times has trouble signing you in. If you’ve the application running in the background, you’ll receive an error pop up. Receiving Notifications for new messages has been accurate, but it may not load when selecting to view in app. Messaging feature have never worked properly. It’s the most used feature. Messages don’t load at times displaying “no messages”. You’ll have to restart the application. Folders doesn't sort properly, searching feature is not accurate. Overall, if it wasn’t for my ex spouse demanding use of this app. I would cancel my subscription and request a refund. It’s a great concept, but it’s merely beta. The UI is poor. The navigation is wonky. Payment features are subpar. From a software perspective, it’s very sub standard. From a features perspective, it does its job. Easily schedule change requests. The only reason I still use it is because it does really simplify medical reimbursements and accounting for those payments, and for the calendar. Those features are good and make it worth it.
