Ourshopee - Online Shopping

We had very bad experience with Ourshoppe..we ordered from them on 7th August and we recieved some item and others are delayed by more than 20 days and still not received..I didn't get the item mentioned in the site..As mentioned in site it was US product and what I recieved was China product..They have just opened a website which is not at all genuine..please don't order from them anything..I had such a worst experience from them..even the customer service is not giving an accurate reply.. really bad service..

I ordered an item, it was processed but not delivered. Tried to call them but not answered. Sent an email, not replied. They ghosted the order. At least they should have replied even if out of stock or couldn’t be delivered. The product is still in processing which I can’t cancel through the app. First and last order through this platform.

I don’t like to recommend or certify this app for any kind of purchase. Users avoid ordering on this app
