I cannot navigate to that from the bottom nav nor the side menu easily. For a form that can take up to 40 minutes to fill, how is there no draft or save in case the connection drops? If one detail is wrong Centerlink won’t be able to enrol your child. How is there no copy of the form sent for confirmation? We spent two stressful days between the childcare and centerlink just to find out one date didn’t save / register properly. Your clients are paying for a well designed system to save them time, not to give them two days of admin headache that other apps have a proper UX already part of their package. And due to that reason, I couldn’t see any activities of my kid at the childcare until the educator realise it and manually sign in the app from their end again, which could be several hours after my kid’s arrival. I update this app regularly. I’ve told the educators with such issue and nothing has changed. Please investigate why this incident is re-occurring and provide a solution. Upon tapping the 'Famly' tab in the OWNA app, a Famly account was created without my permission. Eg choose 2025 in the date picker and 2026 appears on the form. Centre keeps asking us to resubmit the medication form with the correct date but it’s not possible to do so with the bug. Notifications. Some go missing, eg you see in your phone notifications but it’s not visible in the in app notifications list. Navigation is confusing and located in multiple places. Some items are in the top level navigation. Other items are hidden in a child level navigation. It doesn’t support iOS back gesture and you have to tap on the back button which is usually hard to reach. A single tap on the photos exits the view which is annoying as often a double tap with the intention of zooming in is interpreted by the app as a single tap and exists the photo view, as a result you have to get back to the photos and keep swiping away the ones you’ve already viewed to view the rest. Tapping on the like button usually takes time to take affect. Unable to do group bookings or cancellations. I was pre-booked by staff for the whole year, which I don’t need. They can only cancel up to April, I have to go through each one individually and cancel, sign, wait for slow up to load, then do the next day. It’s extremely time consuming. No option to cancel bookings, only non- attendance option. Staff must go in and manually cancel my booking if it’s within cancellation period , which adds another layer/chance of human error to occur. Can’t click through calendar for bookings , have to scroll down, and only shown dates so have to scroll up and down just to work out what day , each date is related too. I hate it all. Lots of useful features and overall easy to use. There are few things which could be improved. The child sign in screen for instance could pre-fill the previous entered pickup time (userdefaults store could be used for that). There is no loader or blocking screen when entering the sign in screen. Pressing signin multiple times, because the internet connection is slow opens the screen multiple times! iPad has plenty of layout related issues when moving between landscape and portrait.
