Tap and swipe up and down to increase or decrease intensity. You can name each interval to match your exercise. Apple Watch® Support • Timers are automatically synced from your phone to your watch any time you create, edit, re-order or delete timers from your iPhone® • Watch settings are just a swipe away. There are other problems as well. Even the example workout that is loaded with Plus is broken — it’s supposed to be three sets of two intervals, but it ignores the second interval on the third set when it runs. It’s the example workout, you’d think that at least that one would work correctly. Used to love this app now it’s basically useless as it doesn’t work properly if the screen is locked or if another app is open.
