I downloaded it with order in did two months ago online. Tracked for few weeks and it was all the time showing that parcel in customs or in check and then is ready to be realised but still nothing parcel weeks later. They keep on charging me for using tracking even though I stopped tracking, every week. I contacted them to ask how I can cancel subscription- no answer! And there’s no option on app to cancel subscription, or I can’t see it. Never again 🤦🏼♀️

Luckily I saw the payment it wanted before I clicked on the app Why do we have to pay to check where our shipments are? People have already paid to ship stuff ……..total rip off and scam

They want £32 a month to track our parcels?!! They have to be joking?! We pay for goods to be delivered then can’t track them until we’ve paid this company for doing what the cost of postage is meant to be for. Scammers!!
Scam. Want £8 a WEEK to track packages! Not able to track anything until you subscribe. No thanks.
I think that it is very steep to be able to track down your parcel, the company should send you that information. To pay £8 a week is all I’m paying for. Why would I pay for a tracking service if I have no parcels coming in. I would keep it if it was a month and not a week.
