It’s good that PADI has an app and I use it mainly to store my certifications.

For logging dives I use the SSI app since it has much more features and connects with my Mares dive computer and seamlessly downloads my dive profiles into my logbook.

It feels weird to be using apps by both PADI and SSI while 100% of my certications are with PADI , but the large differences in features and usability leave me no other option.

The features the app has are fine for me. But the interface with the server(s) can be improved a lot. 
Also, I don’t understand why no off-line availability of (e.g. ) the log exists. I can only assume logged dives are stored on a different server than the rest, they are showing up as ‘missing’ quite frequently. Usually I log a complaint and get the response I should log off and on, and (sometimes) deinstall and reinstall the app (even when using the latest version). This time not even that worked and the advice changed to ‘thank you for your patience’.

I started to log all my dives in here and didn’t dive for a couple of months and suddenly the app says I haven’t logged any dives. Very frustrating when you need to know when your last dive was.

This app is useless, super slow, timeouts, logs get missing. Doesn't get fixed in years! It's quite an embarrassment that such a company can't afford one at least semi-decent developer that'd make app and website actually work. Funny that pretty much any dive center always tells the same - this app is a joke.

Up to 2 times my dive logs are suddenly gone. I entered them again after they were removed the first time, but then they got removed again out of nowhere. Very sad about this cause now I don’t have any record of my dives anymore

Jammer dat je na elk hoofdstuk opnieuw moet inloggen naar open water diver. Dit moet gemakkelijker kunnen lijkt mij.

Samen met Manuel een super gave training gehad.. doordat de trainer zo rustig bleef heb ik mijn angst overwonnen en de cursus met succes behaald! 
Super mooie duiken gehad tijdens de cursus, als je op Curaçao bent (Jan Tiel) zou ik het zeker aan bevelen.

Handig om een app te hebben maar er zijn aardig wat verbeter punten.

De site laad héél traag en logt soms uit zonder reden, het loggen van een duik zou eenvoudiger kunnen en wellicht is het werken met QR code’s een optie.
