## PAK App Description
PAK App is a nationwide government service provider mobile application, developed exclusively for the citizens of Pakistan. This all-in-one digital platform connects people across the country with a wide range of regulatory, consumer utility, and statutory services.

The app is built on the secure Pak ID Single Sign-On (SSO) system, enabling citizens to access multiple government services using a single, verified digital identity. It also supports cashless transactions through seamless integration with the Raast payment system, offering fast, secure, and convenient digital payments.
PAK App aims to simplify citizen interaction with government departments by making services more accessible, transparent, and efficient—anytime, anywhere.

If we are to rely on apps, the least you can do is make sure the app works!

Useless app. Nothing works. None of the sections or categories are functional. What’s the point of launching an app across the entire country if you can’t make a small app work properly? People just end up suffering because of it.

The app has a lot of glitches for e.g. It is not showing details for payment of car token. The driving licence verification is not working. When you try to check the smart card status, there is no option to go back. The Govt should have tested this app before launching and why are they launching it when the token payment for cars is just around the corner?
