Wondering if I’m the only person this happens too every time I scan a code, my app closes. Then I have to double check it went through. If I have more than 1 code to scan it just cycles like this. I also miss when they had offers for things other than a coupon for a few dollars off diapers

They use to have great offers you could turn into multiple types of gift cards however the newer promotions are apparently still just $3 off a new diaper box. Not really worth it unless you have multiples in diapers. Not to mention the way their system is set up is terrible for people with memory issues. I have terrible baby brain/postpartum memory and can not remember what email or auto set up may have been used to create an account. Rather than truly assist me in deactivating or deleting other accounts they throw the “terms and conditions” in your face that you can’t have more than one account and they are all now suspended.. even though you have no way of using a code more than once so there is no way to “cheat” the system if you were doing it for the wrong reasons. Also annoying as so many other points systems would of just given you a warning message when signing up that you already have an account under another address to stop you from making multiples. And now after multiple attempts to get their help with this issue and never really got it to work again they have decided I’m a lost cause. Not a good way to keep your customers and will definitely be looking at buying other brands from now on. So be warned. Terrible service and terrible points system. Not worth the trouble.

Codes often don’t work or expire in a ridiculously short amount of time. I’ve lost around $45 in rewards. App will kick you out and won’t let you sign back in. Says it will send verification code to email…it never comes. Help centre is anything but helpful. Switching to another diaper brand.

Every time I scan a QR code, the app crashes. Every time. The rewards are also useless. Bring back the Amazon gift cards!!

App crashes every time you scan a code from a product and then the redeem codes don’t work on Amazon! Useless!

Pampers used to have dozens of different rewards for all kinds of things. They then “revamped” the rewards programs so the only thing you could redeem you points was for more diapers. Either from Walmart (and Walmart has their own Pampers coupons so this is pointless) or in the mail from Canada post which takes 4-6 weeks! There was an Amazon option which has mysteriously disappeared. Many options are also “out of stock” for extended periods of time so unless you check often, you’ll likely only ever be able to redeem $3 at a time. Disappointed that a big company like Pampers that promotes their rewards program does such a disservice to its loyal customers.

25 emails to log into if you forget password. Annoying.

All the diapers i buy says the code is already used. People are buying these scanning the codes and returning the diapers. Time for pampers to turn the sticker onto the inside so it has to be ripped open to retrieve. This is not fair. The app always shuts down or needs to be done manual. So horrible.

Overall the app is good and I like the rewards but it crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME that I scan a new code. Then when I open the app again, it tells me the code has ready been redeemed. I’ve lost 5+ scans because it’s so buggy.
