### ****- "Perfect Manga/Comic App if they fix a bug"
This is an amazing comic/manga reader with all the functionality I could possibly want out of it, at least for me. It’s got that ‘it just works’ factor to it, and happily reverses the reading direction which I love as primarily a manga reader. It’s helped me fall back in love with reading, and with how great it is I was happy to support the developers by buying the full version, even though I probably didn’t need much of the added functionality.
The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is I’m experiencing a bug where the app will freeze then crash my iPad every few weeks due to a memory leak. So far offloading then factory resetting my app temporarily solves this problem but it is a bit annoying. Given the quality of service the developers have though I’d be surprised if they didn’t address it soon though.

Simple, fluid interface that integrates your comic library seamlessly. Would definitely recommend this app to my fellow comics readers. Edit: just wish there was a feature in Vertical Scroll mode where the pages fill the screen and stay locked (if that makes sense) Update: all of the simplest features that used to be free are now behind a paywall 😒 they basically fixed what wasn’t broken and overcomplicated the simplest and best comic reading app. Will be uninstalling 👎

Panels 3 has iCloud sync excellent job works great for the most part. Able to connect to Komga server great job. Not able to sort library by release date. Unacceptable. I am able to do this when accessing komga from a web page. Should be able to do it here for both iCloud and OPDS servers. all I’m looking for, is for reader to be able to add a few comics to iCloud and be able to organize and read from oldest to newest. Being able to organize files by the metadata already in the comics would be ideal 

Edit; after further usage perhaps I was a little harsh with my previous review and thank you for letting me vent. The reader and iCloud sync is very slick and I have come up with an alternative way of determining reading order until the metadata functionality has been added.

It’s a good app and works well but you can’t sync comics/progress across multiple devices as advertised. In the forums they say you have to log into the same account and import the same file from 2 different devices, but even then it doesn’t work.

The app is good. It's clean, well organized, easy to use, and smooth. However, the fact that they try to get you into a subscription for what are pretty basic features is ridiculous. I won,d be open to a one time cost, but the price they want to charge (around $25 CAD) is way too expensive for an app that is Essen iaklt a glorified pdf reader. Worth a few bucks max.
