If I book a taxi well in advance using this app I expect it to arrive on time? A little app streamlining could prevent this by, say, instead of dispatching a taxi at the exact time I booked my taxi to arrive, dispatching it 10-15 minutes prior. 5 mins late is a non-issue. 20 minutes is unacceptable!

Since my update I’ve been unable to sign in despite changing my password

Booked one yesterday for today in the evening, was early at where they pick me up, looked at the app and it went though 4 cars that were supposedly meant to pick me up, then they just stopped coming. Ended up being late.

This is one of the worst lowest quality taxi experience you can get anywhere in the world. They dont care wether you gonna late on your work or wether you're missing your train etc at any time.Multiple time i tried to prebooked and and all the occasions taxi came 20-30min late and when i called to the customer care they dont even care about it and they dont even feel sorry about it as well. we dont have many options any taxis in colchester . Thats why they take the advantage of the situation and behave like this. I wish there should be proper regulations for this kind of 3rd class service.

Trying to book in advance is a nightmare get cabs turning up immediately and then I get yelled at by the cab drivers for wasting their time. Please fix

What’s the point in being high-tech with an app if you can only pay cash in the car? This is 2022, no one has cash!

This app needs to be binned. I used this firm regularly and every single time i booked a taxi on the app for a specific time, the app automatically sends it straight away. I have spoken with the cab office, offered to provide evidence for the faults within their app and every single time i am met with rude, arrogant staff that speak to you like you’re an idiot, they have absolutely no interest in fixing the issues and instead enjoy patronising and belittling you. I will not be using these services again, worst firm in Colchester.

If I could give 0 starts I would. It’s the 3rd time in a row now when I book a taxi in the morning in advance for 4-5 P.M through the app and the taxi didn’t show up. When I called them, they said that they are fully booked, and when I told them that I booked it more than 5 hours in advance they were speechless and said it will take about 20 minutes to get a taxi. I’ve had times when I would book the taxi one night in advance to go to work, just to make sure I am on time, and they were more than 10 minutes late. THE WORST customer service ever. Don’t even bother, awful company.

Wouldn’t bother. I’ve been using them for years, and the treatment I have had recently is absolutely disgusting. Taxis are nearly always late, or don’t bother coming at all. I have now been late 3 times for work in the past 2 weeks, and they don’t care. Avoid. Never using again.
