Great Concept but Unusable

I would absolutely love this application and it would genuinely improve my life if it worked. The concept is brilliant. However, as things stand, I cannot use the app. I can input text, login and move the sliders, but any other button press and the app crashes to my Home Screen instantly. I’ve tried every button, slider and text combination I can think and the end result is always a crash. I’m running iOS 16.0 (20A362) on an iPhone 11 with 30gb free storage space and no other known system or app glitches/failures. I have also provided the same feedback on the developer’s website and via email. If they can fix this and the app works as intended,I would happily change my review, I really want this to work.

Getting error messages

Suddenly error messages app is going bonkers Locked me out of my account telling me I need to pay ??? I've been a paying client since the beginning. No one will help fix this for 3 days?? When contacting support.. I'm in the middle of writing and blocked it's asking to to pay . First it was saying my writing wasn't formatted?? there was an error in formatting I'm like what ?? Huh ? Had my account two years approximate? Come on.. support where are you ? Please help

Dishonest as the day is long.

Don’t trust their ‘free’ preview because they charge you as soon as you sign up and don’t wait for the preview period to lapse. I cancelled within 2 days because the app didn’t meet my needs. When I got my credit card bill I was surprised to see I was charged the very first day, not after any free trial. I messaged them to dispute the charge and sent screenshots of the charge and received NO RESPONSE. Their auto mated reply said I should receive a response within 3 business days. I patiently waited heard nothing, charge hadn’t been refunded, at the 30 day mark I filed a dispute with my credit card and about 10 days later I finally got a response asking me to withdraw my dispute and offering me a free year. Why would I cancel my dispute? Just refund my money and a dispute would never have been filed.

Pretty good, everything used to be free.

The app itself it pretty good but over time everything was given a price, I feel like the company should allow the users who can’t afford the subscription to watch an add to unlock features for about an hour or so and when the time runs out they can watch another add, I feel like this could solve the company’s issue with money and also allowing their users a better experience.
