So much potential but so buggy
Great idea, when it’s working it’s perfect for updates on my little girl at nursery. Shame it crashes so often.

Making life easier for nursery and pre-school parents to communicate with their nursery.
Parents can send notifications directly to the nursery requesting any booking pattern changes, extra sessions, changes to emergency contact details, new allergy requirements, etc. The Nursery can also send notifications to parents keeping them up to date with emergency closures, newsletters, etc.
This app allows parents to keep their children’s registration form details up-to-date including collection passwords, emergency contacts, permissions, consents and much more.
We also allow parents to view all their invoices to date and see all payments made to their children’s account. This also reduces any confusion of how much is outstanding on their account.
Booking patterns clearly displayed for all current and future sessions enabling the parent to see exactly when their children are scheduled to be attending the nursery.
Funding (HMRC) eligibility codes can be kept up to date to ensure the parents don’t miss out on any funding claims.
This app is designed to give parents access to parent admin on the go on any device, anytime, anywhere.

Never works
This app constantly has bugs and dosent work it leaves you on a blank page for hours then when you finally get to sign it it says error I wish my nursery would change apps cos this one’s useless
Rubbish
Since the new update unless you have iOS 16 or later it won’t load
iOS 16.0 or later
Disappointed to find the app is no longer compatible with previous iOS versions. I can no longer access my child’s account. What a shame!!
Improving!
Updates have made this app so much better. My only gripe is in the messaging; this app seems unable to recognise punctuation or needing to start a new line. I would also like to be able to save photographs.
Doesn’t work
Can’t even log in. Opening the app presents a blank white screen.
Frustrating
This app isn’t too bad once you’re in but it won’t accept auto fill-in of log in details, and when I do manually put in my email address and password it says ‘your email and password cannot be blank’ so it fails at the first hurdle when you can’t even log in. Terrible!!
Amazing now it’s been updated!!
Easy to navigate, no crashing/ lagging or dated layout. Fab app!
Rubbish
Can never log into the app, have to use the web version. Forms ask way to much information which is not required and cannot update information. Unable to download photos of my own child or observations. Generally a complicated service to navigate. Needs to be simpler and easy to use but most importantly it needs to work.
Useless
Can’t use the app anymore as it won’t recognise my login! I can only log in on my browser.
