So simple and easy to use photos on thereway the same day and cheaper than post office or office works

I’m very pleased with this app and even more with the customer service. I had some issues with my passport photos but everyone was so helpful in getting them sorted and ready for my application. Thank you!

On the website it said that my passport photos would arrive within 3 working business days but it’s been a whole week and I still haven’t got it. I’ve emailed support but no replies from them.

I wish I had know this before taking the worst, overpriced passport photo at the post office…

Easy to use app, photo came out fine and passed all the verifications but was REJECTED by the passport office listing a number of issues with the photo. I needed to go to the post office to re-do. I won’t bother trying to get a refund based on comments here that it’s impossible. Sadly this app is a scam which is a shame because it has potential . Maybe it works better for visas etc but not for the Australian passport office.

DOES NOT WORK IN AUSTRALIA - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE They edited my picture and made me look like I have jaundice. Get done professionally at post offices or any other reputable stores. Do not use this website.

I got charged twice as the instructions in the app were not clear given it said photo was rejected. No refund was provided, will not be using this app again and will let others know the terrible experience I had.

Not clear which countries visas that the photos can be sized for until after the app is downloaded. Then finding out that there are not many options for sizing and that the photos need to be purchased! Would be helpful if a better explanation provided on the App download screen beforehand. The App did not work for my purposes….
