Was trying the App to see how it works. Information was precise & it started working instantly by removing the extras, adjusting the photo & undertaking compatibility analysis. While an order has yet to be placed, the charges inclusive of delivery are not much!

I had a very bad experience with them. They charge you money and will never send you the photos. They are non trustable. A fake company.

Quick and easy to take or upload photos. Definitely worth the price for digital pics. I was able to easily upload them into the digital passport application site.

…after Photo AiD finished “correcting” my photo and me paying for it it wasn’t accepted by US government online renewal because I was “too distant from camera”. This is a hit or miss scam, can’t get a refund, no response from company.

This app is amazing!! Real life saver for dual citizens in US!!! My pictures were received within second after paying for the order! They even corrected any imperfections. At the consulate I was asked where I took them as they were so much better than the Walgreens ones( also cheaper). Highly recommended!!

Estimated delivery says 3 business days, I waited 6 days, ended up picking up my photos at Walgreens and saw my ear was cropped out also terrible hair editing hanging in the air. Customer service says it’s requirements…requirements to crop off one ear?
