Muss immer wieder löschen
Jedesmal wenn ich die App nutzen will, muss ich sie erst löschen und neu laden. Denn sonst lädt es zum Beispiel meine persönlichen Daten nicht korrekt, ich kann die Karte nicht aufladen oder es heisst ständig der Service sei nicht verfügbar. Mega mühsam.
Catastrophique
Nous sommes en 2024 je pensais pas que c’était possible d’avoir une application aussi nul! Ça bug énormément, certaines fois c’est impossible de prendre un billet. Et si vous voulez contacter quelqu’un en cas de problème vous pouvez toujours courir parce que personnes ne vous répondra, ni par téléphone, ni par e mail. D’ailleurs j’ai envoyé le mien il y six mois j’attends toujours une réponse.
Unbrauchbar bis ungenügend
Läuft kaum, Tickets trotz login nicht angezeigt, keine Möglichkeit direkt mit Twint zu bezahlen… nur per copy paste des codes. Für heutige Verhältnisse lächerlich.

-wenn man die app schliesst, muss man sich immer neu anmelden! -halbe zeit nicht möglich sich anzumelden! -trailer meistens auf französisch, obwohl referenz auf deutsch eingestellt ist! -keine option im trailer auf deutsch einzustellen! -app selber (wenn man drin ist) übersichtlich!

App Funktioniert einfach nicht… Katastrophal.

Cette application est un désastre, il n'y a aucune fonctionnalité sans bugger à chaque fois. Et puis encore et encore ces messages d'erreur que personne ne comprend. Vaut mieux aller sur le site web directement.

Die App tut was sie soll. Keine innovativen Features und teilweise etwas umständlich in der Bedienung.
