The app hides your parking info - so it can show you ads - even though they already charge you ridiculous $0.50 just to process a transaction- which costs them a fraction of a cent. Horribly designed money grab.

I received a charge on my phone for a monthly parking pass. I only bought a day use pass and the app reflects that. They claim only TransLink can refund me. TransLink says they can’t because Pay By Phone takes the payment. Horrible service. Absolute scam.
